Bhopal: Pilgrims from the Narela Assembly constituency will embark on a pilgrimage to the holy shrine of Vaishno Devi from June 13 to June 18 under the state government-run ‘Mukhyamantri Tirth-Darshan Yojana‘ (Chief Minister’s Pilgrimage Scheme). Minister for Cooperatives Vishwas Kailash Sarang distributed travel tickets to the beneficiaries and extended his best wishes for a pleasant, safe, and auspicious journey.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Sarang stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the Madhya Pradesh government is continuously working for the welfare of every section of society. The Chief Minister’s Pilgrimage Scheme is a significant initiative that honors the faith of the state’s senior citizens and pilgrims, providing them with the opportunity to undertake a pilgrimage free of cost.
Government Honoring the Faith of Pilgrims
Minister Sarang noted that many devotees harbor a long-standing desire to visit the country’s major pilgrimage sites but are often unable to do so due to financial constraints or other reasons. The Chief Minister’s Pilgrimage Scheme has become a means to fulfill the dreams of such devotees. The government is providing travel, food, accommodation, medical care, and other necessary arrangements entirely free of charge.
Journey Scheduled from June 13 to June 18
In accordance with Minister Sarang’s directives, all necessary arrangements have been ensured for the pilgrims’ journey. The pilgrims will depart for the Vaishno Devi shrine on June 13 and return on June 18. The Madhya Pradesh government will handle all aspects of the trip—including transportation, meals, accommodation, and security—to ensure that the pilgrims can complete their religious journey without any inconvenience.
Pilgrims Express Gratitude
During the ticket distribution, beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang, stating that the government had provided them with the opportunity to fulfill a cherished religious dream. The pilgrims remarked that this scheme is highly beneficial and inspiring for senior citizens and the general public alike.
