The National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Bhopal, organized the Hindi Pakhwada from September 10 to 26, 2025, highlighting the importance of the Hindi language through various competitions and activities.
The event included activities such as a Hindi workshop, essay competition, picture-see-story-write competition, self-composed impromptu poetry competition, dictation competition, crossword competition, humorous poetry, impromptu speech, and question forum.
Renowned poet and litterateur Sandeep Dwivedi was the chief guest at the Hindi Pakhwada closing ceremony, and the program was presided over by the Institute’s Director and President of NARAKAS, Prof. Chandra Charu Tripathi, with Mrs. Vandana Tripathi as the special guest.
Sandeep Dwivedi, in his familiar style, recited his compositions such as “Rone se hota hai kya” and “Beman Bhi Rehna Hota Hai.” He praised the institute, saying that despite being a technical institute, NITTTR Bhopal is continuously active in promoting the official language. Technical institutes are generally expected to use less Hindi, but NITTTR Bhopal has broken this myth by establishing its presence on various Hindi platforms. Writers should belong to libraries, not to museums, he said.
Hindi is Not Just a Language, But a Cultural Expression: Prof. CC Tripathi
The Institute Director Prof. Tripathi said that Hindi is not just a language, but an expression of our nation’s soul and culture. Hindi brings our traditions, cultures, and ideas together, and that is why it is spreading rapidly not only in India but also internationally.
Rajbhasha Coordinator Dr. P.K. Purohit, while describing the institute’s Rajbhasha achievements, said that the institute has received awards and honors from various forums for its outstanding work in the field of Hindi in the last two years, and has also received recognition in a parliamentary committee inspection. We must ensure that Hindi not only becomes a part of our lives but also receives the respect it deserves on every platform. The program was conducted by Mrs. Shobha Lekhwani and Mr. Sanjay Tripathi. At the conclusion of the program, prizes were awarded to the winners of the competitions.
