Bhopal. On the occasion of World Tourism Day 2026, the second edition of the Treasure Hunt Car Rally was organized on Sunday at Minto Hall, in collaboration with ‘Bhopal City Live’ and Madhya Pradesh Tourism. The event aimed to connect participants with tourist destinations in Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh through adventure and puzzles, while encouraging them to experience tourism in a novel and entertaining way.
The program began with a morning Zumba session, followed by a briefing for participants regarding the rally’s procedures and essential guidelines. The car rally was flagged off from Minto Hall.
Special guest Hariom Jatiya, Managing Director of Excellency Time Entertainment, flagged off the rally. Dignitaries present included Rakesh Malik and Akash Malik, Neelam Rawat (Madhya Pradesh Tourism), Superintendent of Police (Radio) Shashank Garg, Rahul Kothari, and rally coordinator Anand Sharma, among others.
During the rally, participants were given exciting clues and puzzles to navigate to various sites associated with Madhya Pradesh Tourism. Working with team spirit, the participants solved puzzles and explored different tourist attractions.
Neeraj Gulati of Genius Group handled technical operations, while Kalpana Dilauri of Event Tree managed the event. Garima Nichlani and Amit Agrawal were the joint winners of the rally; they were awarded a cash prize of ₹21,000 and a trophy. Sagar Meghani secured third place and was honored with a trophy.
A Unique Quest Combining Adventure, Puzzles, and Tourism: The Treasure Hunt Car Rally journey was filled with excitement, curiosity, and team spirit for the participants. Instead of a standard car drive, participants were provided with clues, puzzles, and challenging questions to reach various tourist destinations.
Each clue guided participants to the next stage, requiring team members to collaborate and deliberate to identify the correct locations. On several occasions, a minor error could have led participants off track, further heightening the excitement and thrill.
Navigating routes while driving, interpreting clues, and solving puzzles within a limited timeframe were the highlights of the rally. Participants tackled the challenges through teamwork and ingenuity.
Along the way, they also had the opportunity to explore Bhopal’s tourist attractions up close and view them from a fresh perspective. This unique blend of driving, exploration, and puzzle-solving made the rally a memorable experience.
