Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha-2026’ program, National Award-winning science communicator Sarika Gharu interacted live with students, teachers, and parents on Doordarshan Madhya Pradesh. During the interaction, she encouraged students to stay stress-free during exams, adopt a positive mindset, and use technology in a balanced way.
Sarika said that exams should not be considered a burden, but rather an opportunity to test one’s knowledge and abilities. She urged students to celebrate exams like a festival and participate in ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ with full confidence.
Emphasizing the importance of staying away from mobile phones and social media before exams to maintain focus on their goals, she said that technology is a great opportunity in today’s time, but its proper use is essential. Technology should be used as a tool for exam preparation and learning, not as a source of distraction.
