A two-day National Technical Hindi Seminar was organized at IIT Indore by IIT Indore, IIT Jodhpur, and CSIR-NISPR, New Delhi.
The seminar aimed to promote scientific and technical communication in Hindi and was attended by representatives from leading institutions and universities across the country.
Professor P.K. Purohit, Professor and Dean of Science at NITTTR Bhopal, delivered a lecture as an invited speaker on the topic of “Science in Hindi.” Dr. Purohit discussed in detail the role and importance of Hindi in understanding science.
His lecture was one of the highlights of the seminar and demonstrated NITTTR Bhopal’s commitment to giving a strong direction to scientific and technological communication in Hindi.
Participants from top institutions and universities across the country presented papers at the seminar. Mrs. Babli Chaturvedi of NITTTR Bhopal achieved a remarkable feat by winning the first prize for her paper presentation on the topic “From Language to Digital Communication: The Confluence of Official Language and Technology.”
The Director of the Institute, Professor C.C. Tripathi, congratulated the Rajbhasha Cell, stating that this achievement is significant for the Institute on the occasion of Vishwa Hindi Diwas. The technical Hindi seminar organized by a top institution like IIT Indore has played a crucial role in promoting scientific and technical communication in Hindi.
He said this is not only a symbol of respect for our country’s culture and language, but it also becomes a powerful and effective medium of communication for the Hindi-speaking technical community. This achievement is not only a matter of pride for the institute but also symbolizes NITTTR Bhopal’s commitment to the Hindi language.
