Bundelkhand 24×7 successfully concluded Bundeli Chef Season 3 with a grand finale held at The Rudraksh Hotel, Chhatarpur recently. Celebrating Bundeli cuisine, culture, and women’s empowerment, the two-month-long culinary journey culminated in an exciting finale that showcased exceptional talent and passion.
Shajida Ameer from Jhansi emerged as the winner, impressing the judges with her authentic Bundeli flavours. Nancy Shivhare from Panna, currently based in Bengaluru, secured the first runner-up position, while Vibha Agnihotri from Chhatarpur was declared the second runner-up.
The event was graced by MLA Mrs. Lalita Yadav as the chief guest, who appreciated the initiative for providing a strong platform to local women and promoting Bundelkhand’s rich culinary heritage at a wider level. The judging panel included Bundeli Chef Season 1 winner Shamita Singh and Season 2 winner Zaheeda Parveen, who evaluated the dishes based on taste, presentation, and regional authenticity.
Dr. Atul Malikram, Founder of Bundelkhand 24×7, stated that the show aims to give Bundelkhand’s women a respected platform to showcase their skills and cultural roots. Channel Head Asif Patel added that Bundeli Chef has now become a strong identity of the region.
After her win, Shajida Ameer expressed her desire to open an Indian restaurant in Singapore, taking Bundeli and Indian flavours to a global audience.
