The Young Indians Bhopal Chapter is organizing the Western Region Council Meeting 2026 from March 13 to 15, 2026. On Friday—the first day of the conference—Vishvas Kailash Sarang, Minister for Sports and Youth Welfare, flagged off the Rowing (Boating) competition held at Bhopal’s Lower Lake.
Minister Sarang stated that when the nation’s young entrepreneurs and business professionals contribute to the country’s progress, the impact on society and the economy is profoundly positive and far-reaching. He described youth leadership as a crucial foundation for India’s developmental journey. This regional conference will bring together over 200 young entrepreneurs, industrialists, professionals, and youth leaders from 15 cities across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Madhya Pradesh.
Minister Sarang remarked that, in addition to facilitating an exchange of ideas, this event would create significant opportunities for Bhopal city’s economic, social, and tourism sectors. He noted that delegates arriving from various states across the country would experience the city’s culture, natural beauty, and hospitality, thereby providing a positive boost to local trade, the hospitality industry, transportation, and the service sector.
Young Indians serves as an influential platform for emerging young leaders across the country. Its objective is to inspire the youth to actively participate in nation-building through leadership, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility. By bringing young people together, this platform encourages them to contribute to the development of society and the nation through innovation, collaboration, and responsible leadership.
Plantation of 2,000 Saplings to Take Place During the Conference
Demonstrating its commitment to environmental conservation, Young Indians Bhopal plans to plant 2,000 saplings during this conference with the aim of offsetting carbon emissions. This initiative represents a collective pledge toward a green and sustainable future—a significant step toward ensuring a clean and healthy environment for generations to come.
