Dr. Amit Kumar Dubey, an academician affiliated with the Department of Bharatiya Gyan Parampra at the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Bhopal, has made a significant intellectual contribution to the world of research. He has created an original and thought-provoking book on the subject of ‘Indian Research Methodology,’ which focuses on the intellectual approach of India in the field of research.
The co-author of this book is Dr. Vikas Kumar Singh. This work is considered special because the current research world is predominantly based on Western concepts and methodologies. In contrast, the authors assert that Indian civilization has a long-standing, well-organized, and profound research tradition, the relevance of which remains intact to this day.
The authors aim to connect Indian philosophy, epistemology, and experiential perspectives with the modern research process, thereby ensuring that research becomes not merely a technical practice but a means of the pursuit of knowledge and truth.
This book will be launched during the “National Research Meet” to be held between February 12 and 14. The book has been published by the Dattopant Thengdi Research Institute, and its preface has been written by renowned scholar of folk culture, Mr. Kapil Tiwari. NITTTR Bhopal, along with Dattopant Thengdi Institute, is a collaborative partner in organizing the National Research Scholars Conclave. This book will provide a new dimension to research discourse by placing Indian perspectives at the center.
