Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav arrived at Jagdishpur today via e-bus for the Council of Ministers meeting. Embodying the spirit of good governance and the prudent use of fuel and government resources, Dr. Yadav departed from the Chief Minister’s residence in an electric bus alongside members of the Council of Ministers. For this exemplary initiative, he left his official vehicle and security convoy behind at the CM House.
Senior officials travel by e-bus
Senior officials attending the Council of Ministers meeting also left their vehicles at the Kushabhau Thakre Complex and traveled collectively to the Jagdishpur meeting venue by electric bus at 10:00 AM. This initiative reflects Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s vision of prioritizing simplicity, frugality, and the judicious use of resources at every level of governance.
Exhibition Focused on tribal heroes and good governance
Residents of the capital showed keen interest in the e-buses departing from the Chief Minister’s residence; flowers were showered upon the buses at several locations. Dr. Yadav was welcomed along the route at Patra Pul, Lambakheda, and upon his entry into Jagdishpur.
Upon his arrival at Jagdishpur, MLA Vishnu Khatri welcomed him by presenting an Angavastram. He was also greeted with a Tilak ceremony at the entrance. On this occasion, Dr. Yadav inaugurated and viewed the heritage exhibition set up at the Jagdishpur Fort. Chief Minister also interacted with tribal artists. The exhibition displays portraits of the state’s tribal heroes, as well as rulers and patriots who epitomize good governance and valor.
