The Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology (MPCOST), Bhopal, is organizing the Vigyan Manthan Yatra 2025-26 under the Madhya Pradesh Mission Excellence campaign. The objective of this innovative scheme is to cultivate an interest in science among students of the state. The scheme will include students of Class 10 from government and private schools in Madhya Pradesh, and only science students from Classes 11 and 12.
These students will be taken on an educational trip to the renowned ISRO and Sriharikota research institutes and laboratories. Students will have the opportunity to interact with ISRO scientists and get answers to their science-related questions. They will also see models of various satellites, including the Chandrayaan mission, and learn about their functioning. Students will also be able to meet the scientists who played a crucial role in the success of the Chandrayaan mission. This trip and observation program will be held in April 2026.
Students who have secured 75 percent or more marks in their previous class are eligible to participate in the Vigyan Manthan Yatra. Science teachers are also eligible to participate in this program. Interested students and teachers can apply online through www.mpcost.gov.in or mpmissionexcellence.org by February 9, 2026.
