During Traffic Awareness Week, the BSSS Institute of Advanced Studies (BSSS IAS) organized a lively Nukkad Natak at Vyapam Chouraha and Underbridge Chouraha under the initiative of The Cultural Club.
The theme of the street play — “Traffic Rules Are Not Just Laws — They Are Lifelines!” — highlighted the importance of road safety and responsible driving. Through their spirited performance, students urged citizens to obey traffic signals, wear helmets, fasten seat-belts, and avoid using mobile phones while driving. The act also strongly discouraged drinking and driving, reminding everyone that safety begins with awareness.
Following the performance, students distributed chocolates and greeting messages to riders not wearing helmets, encouraging them to adopt safe driving habits. Their engaging approach and sincere efforts were warmly appreciated by passersby and vehicle owners alike.
The Nukkad Natak was led by Group Leaders – Sakshi Bhasin, Deepak Singh Tomar, KumKum Vishwakarma, Nitish Satheesan, and Namami Arjaria, along with many enthusiastic students from MBA Batch 2024–26 and 2025–27.
“Such initiatives go beyond performance; they reflect the social conscience of our students. BSSS IAS is proud to see young minds using creativity for community awareness and positive change,” said Dr. Fr. John PJ, Executive Director, BSSS IAS.
