Sant Hirdaram Girls College, Bhopal, commemorated National Unity Day on 31st October 2025 and celebrated Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day on 1st November 2025 with enthusiasm, patriotic fervour, and active participation from NSS volunteers and faculty members.
On National Unity Day, the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, NSS volunteers and faculty took the Rastriya Ekta Diwas Pledge to uphold unity, integrity, and national security. The pledge was conducted by Aayesha Khanam and Samaira Khan. The students learnt about the life, values, and contributions of Sardar Patel, and his pivotal role in national integration and nation-building.
On Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day, the NSS Unit celebrated the cultural richness, heritage, and development journey of the state. NSS volunteer Ms. Chitra Bhojwani presented an inspiring speech highlighting the history, achievements, and contributions of Madhya Pradesh in various sectors, along with the crucial role of youth in shaping the state’s future.
Principal Dr. Dalima Parwani appreciated and congratulated the NSS volunteers and Program Officer for organizing these meaningful programs. She remarked that such activities nurture discipline, patriotism, leadership, and social responsibility among students, contributing significantly to their holistic development.
