Bhopal: A cow has given birth to a cute calf in the cowshed located at the Chief Minister’s residence in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has expressed great happiness on the birth of this calf. He said that our government has started many efforts for cow service and livestock promotion.
CM Mohan Yadav on Sunday welcomed the newborn calf born in the Chief Minister’s residence in the form of Lakshmi on the day of Mahalakshmi Vrat Puja. The CM also named the newborn calf. Now this calf will be known by the name ‘Kamala’ given by the Chief Minister. ‘Kamala’ is the first calf that was born in the cowshed of the Chief Minister’s residence.
Like every day, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav reached the Gaushala on Sunday morning and fed roti to all the cows present there. Along with all the cows, he also welcomed ‘Kamla’ in the residence by applying tilak to her. The Chief Minister took ‘Kamla’ in his lap and caressed her and expressed his heartfelt happiness on the arrival of Kamla by feeding sweets to all the officers and employees posted in the CM’s residence.
