Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor has reportedly moved into a new sea-facing apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, becoming actor Akshay Kumar’s neighbor. According to sources, Shraddha has recently rented this luxurious property, which is owned by actor Hrithik Roshan.
There were earlier speculations that actor Varun Dhawan and his wife, Natasha Dalal, were planning to move into Hrithik’s apartment, but their deal fell through. Now, Shraddha has taken up the lease for this prime property. Until now, Shraddha had been living with her family, but this move has made her Akshay’s new neighbor. Akshay resides in a lavish duplex apartment in the same area with his wife, Twinkle Khanna.
Shraddha and Akshay recently shared the screen in a horror-comedy film. In this film, Shraddha played the female lead, while Akshay appeared in a cameo role. Their proximity as neighbors adds an interesting dimension to their professional collaboration.
The apartment that Shraddha has moved into was purchased by Hrithik Roshan in 2020 for a staggering Rs 97.50 crore. Hrithik has previously mentioned in an interview that building this house was a journey of self-discovery for him. He worked closely with architect Ashish Shah to design the property, which boasts stunning views of the sea.
On the professional front, Shraddha Kapoor has only appeared in two films over the past four years. Last year, she starred in “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar,” and more recently, she appeared in the horror-comedy film alongside Akshay Kumar. Despite the limited releases, her decision to move into a new residence suggests a positive shift in her personal and professional life.
