MP Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that Madhya Pradesh is rapidly emerging as one of India’s new global centres for investment and exports. He said that Madhya Pradesh is advancing with a strong and distinct identity in the global business landscape. Referring to the growing economic partnership between India and the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), the Chief Minister emphasised that Madhya Pradesh is playing a significant role by leveraging its full potential.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is a land of limitless opportunities. The state’s stable and transparent policies are investment-and industry-friendly. The state is witnessing rapid progress in sectors such as Information Technology and Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automobiles, Pharmaceuticals, Food Processing, Textiles, Defence and Technology.
CM noted that Madhya Pradesh has more than 1.25 lakh acres of ready-to-use land bank available for industrial development. The Chief Minister further said that Madhya Pradesh has become one of India’s largest logistics and connectivity hubs. With a robust road network exceeding 5 lakh kilometres and modern rail and air connectivity, transportation has become seamless across the state. Over the next five years, six major industrial corridors will be developed, further enhancing connectivity and strengthening economic linkages across the state, from Malwa and Nimar to Bundelkhand and Vindhya.
Inviting trade representatives from Latin American and Caribbean countries to invest, manufacture, and innovate in Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state is ready for strong and long-term partnerships. He emphasised that Madhya Pradesh’s central location makes it one of the most suitable destinations for trade and business. The state enjoys a stable law-and-order environment and has an abundant supply of skilled industrial workforce. He described Madhya Pradesh as a welcoming state where people who come here often make it their home. He urged investors to invest wholeheartedly in Madhya Pradesh, calling it a highly rewarding investment destination.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the inaugural session of the India–Latin America and Caribbean Trade and Investment Forum 2026 held in Indore on Saturday. He formally inaugurated the forum by lighting the ceremonial lamp.
