Khajuraho Airport in Madhya Pradesh has secured the first position among airports nationwide in the Customer Satisfaction Survey 2025 conducted by the Airports Authority of India (AAI). This is a significant achievement for Khajuraho Airport.
According to the Airports Authority of India, in the Customer Satisfaction Survey – Round II, Khajuraho Airport received the highest scores on key parameters such as cleanliness, security, passenger facilities, staff behavior, and overall satisfaction.
In the survey, passengers particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the terminal, the comfort of the waiting areas, the efficient baggage delivery system, and the safe environment. Khajuraho Airport received almost perfect scores on most parameters.
Airport officials attributed this achievement to improved service quality, teamwork, and prioritizing passenger convenience.
