T-shirts with AISECT logo launched at MPL jersey unveiling ceremony in Gwalior; RNTU players shine after being selected in Madhya Pradesh League

Bhopal. The much-awaited second season of Madhya Pradesh League (MPL) started with a grand jersey unveiling ceremony held in Gwalior. On this occasion, a T-shirt with the logo of AISECT Group was also launched. The chief guests of the program were MPL Chairman Mr. Mahaaryaman Scindia, GDCA President Mr. Prashant Mehta and MPL CEO and Convener Mr. Ravi Patankar.

On behalf of AISECT Group, Mr. Manoj Tripathi, Vikas Awasthi and Vijay Pratap were present in this special event. The tournament will start from June 12 at Shrimant Madhavrao Scindia Cricket Stadium in Shankarpur.

Three promising students of RNTU have been selected in MPL due to their excellent performance. In the men’s category, BPES student Prarabdha Mishra is making his debut from Gwalior Chitah team and MPES student Akhil Nigote Yadav is making his debut from Indore Pink Panther.

In the women’s category, Sanskriti Gupta, a student of BPES, RNTU , who has been a part of the Mumbai Indians Women IPL team, is now participating in the MPL from the Bhopal Wolves team. This is the first time that a women’s cricket league has also been included in the MPL, in which three teams are participating.

Sports lovers, team officials and dignitaries from across the state attended the jersey unveiling ceremony and encouraged the players.

On this achievement, Chairman of AISECT Group and Chancellor of RNTU, Mr. Santosh Chaubey, Executive Vice President of AISECT and Chancellor of SGSU, Dr. Siddharth Chaturvedi , and Pro-Chancellor of RNTU, Dr. Aditi Chaturvedi Vats congratulated the players and wished them a bright future.
