Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh CM Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that medical tourism is an emerging sector. There are immense possibilities of medical tourism in the state. Along with the Health Department, the AYUSH Department should also participate in this field. CM Mohan Yadav was addressing the review meeting of the AYUSH Department in the Mantralaya on Tuesday.
]Principal Secretary AYUSH said that efforts are being made to establish a Yoga Institute in Khajuraho of Chhatarpur district. This proposal of the government is under consideration by the Central Yoga and Naturopathy Research Council. Collector Chhatarpur has allotted 25 acres of land to the AYUSH Department in village Kharrohi near Khajuraho for the Yoga Institute.
This land has also been inspected by the team of the Central Government. Next action is to be taken on this soon. Along with this, the proposal to establish Inter University Center for Yogic Science in Khajuraho is also under consideration.
Efforts intensified to establish All India Institute of Ayurveda in Ujjain
The Chief Secretary informed that a proposal is under consideration in the Central Government for the selection of Madhya Pradesh state for the establishment of All India Institute of Ayurveda in Ujjain district headquarters with the support of the Central Government. The Central Government has sought a proposal under the Greenfield Project. The Greenfield proposal has been sent by the State Government.
11 new Ayurveda colleges to be built in the state
The Chief Secretary informed that 11 new Ayurveda colleges are to be opened in the state. This also includes a proposal to establish an Ayurveda college in Dindori district. He informed that under the National Ayush Mission Scheme of the Central Government, the construction work of a 50-bed new Ayurveda hospital in Bhopal and a 30-bed new Ayurveda hospital in Narsinghpur has almost been completed.
मध्य प्रदेश: खजुराहो में योग संस्थान, उज्जैन में अखिल भारतीय आयुर्वेद संस्थान की स्थापना के लिए प्रयास तेज
मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव ने कहा है कि मेडिकल टूरिज्म एक उभरता हुआ सेक्टर है। प्रदेश में मेडिकल टूरिज्म की असीम संभावनाएं हैं। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के साथ-साथ आयुष विभाग भी इस क्षेत्र में भागीदारी करें। CM Mohan यादव मंत्रालय में आयुष विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक को संबोधित कर रहे थे।
प्रमुख सचिव आयुष ने बताया कि छतरपुर जिले के खजुराहो में योग संस्थान की स्थापना के प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। सरकार का यह प्रस्ताव केन्द्रीय योग एवं प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा अनुसंधान परिषद में विचारार्थ है। कलेक्टर छतरपुर द्वारा योग संस्थान के लिए खजुराहो के समीप ग्राम खर्रोही में 25 एकड़ भूमि आयुष विभाग को आवंटित कर दी गई है। इस भूमि का केन्द्र सरकार के दल द्वारा निरीक्षण भी किया जा चुका है। जल्द ही इस पर अगली कार्यवाही होनी है। इसके साथ ही खजुराहो में ही इंटर यूनिवर्सिटी सेन्टर फॉर योगिक साइंस की स्थापना का प्रस्ताव भी विचाराधीन है।
उज्जैन में अखिल भारतीय आयुर्वेद संस्थान की स्थापना के लिए प्रयास तेज
प्रमुख सचिव ने बताया कि उज्जैन जिला मुख्यालय में केन्द्र सरकार के सहयोग से अखिल भारतीय आयुर्वेद संस्थान की स्थापना के लिए मध्यप्रदेश राज्य के चयन के लिए केन्द्र सरकार में प्रस्ताव विचाराधीन है। केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा ग्रीनफील्ड प्रोजेक्ट के तहत प्रस्ताव मांगा गया है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा ग्रीनफील्ड प्रस्ताव भेज दिया गया है।
प्रदेश में बनेंगे 11 नए आयुर्वेद महाविद्यालय
प्रमुख सचिव ने बताया कि प्रदेश में 11 नए आयुर्वेद महाविद्यालय खोले जाने हैं। इसमें डिण्डोरी जिले में आयुर्वेद महाविद्यालय की स्थापना का प्रस्ताव भी शामिल है। उन्होंने बताया कि केन्द्र सरकार के राष्ट्रीय आयुष मिशन योजना के तहत भोपाल में 50 बिस्तरीय और नरसिंहपुर में 30 बिस्तरीय नए आयुर्वेद चिकित्सालय का निर्माण कार्य लगभग पूर्ण हो चुका है।
