Shahrukh Khan and his family – wife Gauri Khan, children Suhana, Aryan and AbRam have now shifted to Pali Hill, a posh area of Mumbai. The reason is that renovation work has started on a large scale in his iconic bungalow ‘Mannat’.
The building in which Shahrukh has rented two duplex apartments is named ‘Pooja Casa‘. This building is owned by producer Vashu Bhagnani, his son Jackie Bhagnani, daughter Deepshikha Deshmukh and wife Pooja Bhagnani. Vashu has also named the building after his wife.
One special thing about this building is that Shahrukh’s new neighbors here will be Jackky Bhagnani, his wife and actress Rakul Preet Singh, Vashu Bhagnani and Pooja Bhagnani. This means that now Shahrukh will live in the neighborhood of Bhagnani family.
When Shahrukh reached his new house with manager Pooja Dadlani and daughter Suhana, the paparazzi captured them on camera.
According to reports, Shahrukh is paying a rent of about Rs 2.9 crore annually, i.e. Rs 24 lakh every month for these four-floor duplex apartments. Overall, the carpet area is 10,500 square feet, which is not even half of his old house Mannat (27,000 square feet).
Even though the place is small, there is enough space inside so that Shahrukh’s staff and security team can also stay there comfortably.
Dilip Kumar’s bungalow was once in front
Dilip Kumar sahab’s bungalow used to be in front of this new house of Shahrukh. But that bungalow has now been converted into luxury apartments due to redevelopment. Sanjay Dutt’s bungalow and the iconic house of the Kapoor family are also present in this entire area.
