Teacher’s Day: Nirmal Rathore, a teacher of Government Secondary School, village Thadoli, located 15 km from Neemuch district headquarters, has made a unique identity not only in the district but in the entire state by doing many innovations in the school. This is a school which has currently become chalkless.
All the classes of the school are run with the help of smart boards. All the teachers in the school teach by using smart boards, YouTube and ICT extensively. Along with this, the activities taking place in the school are uploaded on YouTube and sent to the parents.
Many more innovations have been done here, in which the school has been painted with better paint to make the school attractive for children and a beautiful garden has also been developed.
In the garden, the names of people holding constitutional positions have been inscribed on the plants to help children retain general knowledge. By reading these names daily, the children naturally commit them to memory. Additionally, a library has been established in the school to enhance children’s general knowledge.
The school also has its own school band which was trained by the teacher. Now it is being run by the children. The school dress code has also been made very beautiful and attractive. This school also has a house concept i.e. house dress, house activity.
All the children have digital ID cards. Inspired by the school of Thadoli, many schools of the cluster and development block have adopted these innovations. Teacher Nirmal Rathore was also honored with the Governor’s Award by the state government in the academic session 2021.
