
Central India’s most prestigious college cultural festival, Manthan 2025, commenced with grandeur on Friday at the Prestige Institute of Management, Indore. On the first day, students captivated the audience through vibrant dance performances, musical renditions, a stunning fashion show, and dynamic management competitions.
The ‘Paridhaan’ fashion show showcased an impressive fusion of Indian and Western attire, while contemporary dance acts brought a modern flair to the stage.
Chief Guest and popular RJ from 93.5 Red FM, Piyusha Bhargav, delivered an inspiring address, urging students to move forward with creativity and confidence. The institute’s group director, Dr. S. S. Bhakar, described Manthan not merely as a cultural event but as a platform that nurtures leadership, innovation, and social inclusion.
Dr. Prayatan Jain, Head of Manthan 2025, said that this year’s theme is “Echoes of India: Celebrating Unity in Diversity”, dedicated to the rich cultural heritage and unity of the nation.
The three-day festival features a wide range of cultural, management, artistic, musical, and tech-based competitions, including ‘Alaap’ (singing competition), ‘Dalal Street’ (mock stock trading), ‘Brandevour’ (branding challenge), ‘Hunarbaaz’ (talent showcase), ‘Taal Se Taal Mila’ (group dance), ‘Samvaad’ (debate and elocution), as well as engaging events like BollyTrivia, Biz Quiz, Kalakrati (art exhibition), Swaad-e-Khaas (culinary competition), Battle of Beats, Rhythm & Blues, ShutterClick (photography), Reelathon (short video making), and Gamify (gaming competition).
Manthan 2025 is not just a celebration of entertainment but a vibrant tribute to talent, innovation, and cultural consciousness. The energy and enthusiasm witnessed on the opening day set the tone for two more days of youthful exuberance and creative brilliance, said Dr. Davish Jain, Chairman, Prestige Education Foundation.
