The All India Research Conference concluded at NITTTR Bhopal. The theme of this research conference was Lokmata Ahilyabai: Concept of nation building, under which 120 research papers on 05 topics were presented by scholars and researchers from across the country.
The chief guest of the closing session was Mrs. Krishna Gaur, Minister Minister of State, Madhya Pradesh Government.
Addressing the life dedication of Lokmata Ahilyabai, Mrs. Gaur said that this research conference is not only a remembrance of our rich past, but it is an ideological foundation, which will prove helpful in deciding the direction of the future.
Gaur said Lokmata Ahilyabai gave a new form to Indian administrative ideals by ruling on the principle of ‘Sarvajan Hitaya, Sarvajan Sukhaya‘ (for the welfare and happiness of all). In her reign, service was considered a spiritual practice, and this very sentiment can serve as an inspiration for the reconstruction of modern India. This conference is not just a remembrance of Lokmata Ahilyabai but a resolution.
The keynote speaker of the session, Mr. Deepak Vispute emphasized that researchers should not limit themselves to what is prescribed in the syllabus. Instead, they should delve deep into the subject, reflect, and conduct independent research.
Vispute remarked that the intellectual injustice done to India’s ancient knowledge traditions should be re-examined and revealed through dedicated research and critical thinking. During their reign, a lot of importance was given to the reconstruction of temples, preservation of religious places, expansion of public education and social welfare works.
Prof. Sachin Tiwari, Secretary Organizing Committee presented a detailed report of the research conference.
Prof. P.K. Purohit, Coordinator Organizing Committee expressed his gratitude and said that the ideas, dialogues and research generated in this conference will inspire an educational renaissance in India. This event is not only an attempt to re-understand the life-philosophy of Lokmata Ahilyabai, but is also a positive initiative to connect her ideals with the current educational perspective.
On this occasion Abstract Book of the research papers was released. The event was graced by the Vice Chancellors and dignitaries from collaborating Institutions. The program was conducted by Mrs. Babli Chaturvedi.
