
Bhopal: An MoU was signed between the National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research (NITTTR) Bhopal and the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS), Bhopal. The MoU was signed by the directors of both the institutes in a meeting held at NITTTR Bhopal.
The objective of this MoU is to promote academic, cultural and Indian knowledge tradition between the two institutions, which will provide new opportunities to both the institutions.
On this occasion, Director of NITTTR, Prof. C.C. Tripathi said that education and culture have been complementary to each other in our country. Today, through technology, it is easy to preserve, expand and reach cultural heritage to the general public.
Prof. Tripathi said mutual participation of the institutions will be in the interest of the society. Through this agreement, both the institutions will not only share their resources and expertise in the field of education and research, but will also work actively towards the preservation of art and culture.
Prof. Amitabh Pande, Director of IGRMS, stated that the MoU will open new opportunities by bridging technology and culture. He emphasized that ancient scientific knowledge forms the foundation of modern innovations, and that every aspect of our traditional systems showcases a unique blend of science and engineering.
Prof. Pande said it is the role of science and engineering to validate these traditional beliefs. Both the institutes will also jointly conduct some new educational programs in future.
On this occasion, Dean Prof. PK Purohit, Prof. RK Dixit, Prof. Sanjay Agarwal, Prof. Ashish Deshpande, Dr. Roli Pradhan, Major Nishant Ojha from NITTTR and Dr. Suryakumar Pandey, Hemant BS Parihar from IGRMS along with faculty members, officers and employees were present.
